How to Start Your Week
Starting Monday off with new goals, new start to the week, and a new mindset. One of my favorite things to do is to wake up and have a cup of coffee to start my morning. Exploring different coffee shops and cute cafes has always been a fun passion of mine. It helps to refresh and restart for the week and to shift gears from the work hard play hard mindset. Work hard Monday – Friday , play hard Saturday – Sunday.
Every day can be challenging but don’t let it overwhelm you. Take the challenge and use it to grow. Look at what’s ahead of you and don’t look back. They say you always want to look in the front windshield to keep moving forward because if you turn your head to look in your rear view mirror, you may get distracted and could take a wrong turn. Always look ahead of you. The Old is gone and new has come…Cheers 🥂
